If I do not want the lawyers involved anymore can I dismiss them?

What are the implications?

Is there a special form to complete to inform the INS the lawyer is not involved anymore, or do I let them know in a letter not to send any mail to the lawyers but to my address only?

Anybody been there, done that?
Please advice, thank you!

Please, some one!

It is not Rajiv S. Khanna I am talking about. I wish I did use his service though! I only hear compliments.

What stage of GC you are in?

It depends on where you are in the GC processing. If you are a beginer you better let the case be handled by an attorney. In case you want to dismiss this current lawyer, get in touch with another competent one such as Khanna or Murthy, work out the details, retain them and follow the advice of the new lawyer.

Just tell your lawyer that you no longer want him to represent you. He will send the letter to INS by himself.
