Disgusted with my AP situation

Hi Guys,
My AP RENEWAL has been pending since August 1 2003.

Now when today I checked my status this is what it says:

"On February 2, 2004, we transferred your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT to our office in VERMONT SERVICE CENTER for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in VERMONT SERVICE CENTER will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case."


What the F*** does that mean? Can someone please shed some light on what this means? Why do they freakin need an interview?
 
BCIS randomly issues RFEs and/or conducts interviews. So this is nothing new. But if you fall victim to it and your case gets delayed-especially somthing like AP- you have reason to be sorry.
You have to put up with it like the rest of us.
