Spoke to IIO
Spoke to a very courteous IIO this morning. He told me that my file has been sent to an officer just a couple of days ago. Furthermore, I was told that it will only take from 2-3 weeks to get a response about my case.
I got lucky as I had been trying to dial the NSC for only 5 minutes before I got connected.
Hope I hear the magic words soon.
