Discussion with Immigration attorney

I was at a small party last weekend. I met an immigration attorney and asked him one question.

Question "Does INS process cases based on WAC case number ?"
Answer "Yes it does but you can expect that if your friends case has been adjudicated then within the next two to three weeks your case will be adjudicated also (95 percent probability), but sometimes CSC loses papers or the full file entirely"

I guess the above means that you may get approved or get rfe or Interview ...... within 2-3 weeks of your friends if your case number is in the same vicinity.

I hope this is true

So many cases with WAC\'s in the 260-268 are getting approved. I do not understand why my case with WAC262 is still pending.

imagine that there are 500 cases in that range of 260-269

All cannot be approved on the same day. Some maybe before others.

My guess is max within 2 weeks u should get approval

Hang in there

Best of luck

The faster you guys of 260-269 get approval the better it is for my series (270-279)

rsgsc, that\'s consistent with your latest theory!

I guess it\'s reasonable to assume that most (80%) of the Aug. NDs will be approved by the end of this month and Sep. NDs by May and so on.
