Thanks Registrationid for your advice
Thanks registerationid
It made somethings clear and myself relieved ....
Although I've couple of question
1. If the Beneficiery is working on H1B with the Petitioner getting current Wages lower than the offered wages, and furthermore ,the Net Yearly Income of Company is also lower (at the time of Labor only), Is there any possibility of proving company's Ability to pay, if the difference of Present Salary and Offered salary is less that the Net Income? Or in other words , if the Net Income, Fills the difference between the current and Offered wages, Is it sufficient to prove ability to pay ?
2. When USICS refers to Net Income OR Company's Assets,Is it the Last years OR the ones when Labor was filed?
Please share your experience and knowledge.
Thanks
