Well I really dont know what is this new directive trying to achive?
If 485/140 will have to be decided in the same timeframe, that effectively kills AC21, doesnt it?
Big backlog for current I485s attached to approved II40s it will take even longer to clear as the I485 of the newer cases would have to be prioritosied
What does USCIS achive with this? This is explictly a FIFO kindda policy.
Can we do something to speed up our own pending I 485 cases in the wake of this new directive?
