Discrepency on JD between LC and SOC User Guide for same SOC Code

Hi,
I have noticed that for the Job description mentioned on LC having SOC Code "15-1030" Computer Software Engineers, Applications" is slightly different wordings from Job Description mentioned on SOC Guide http://www.bls.gov/soc/soc_c1d0.htm.

Which one should one consider while using Ac21 - the one which is mentioned on LC (ETA 750 PartA,#13) or the one which is mentioned on SOC User guide for SOC Code "15-1030" ? Early advise highly appreciated. Regards,

My LC happens to be the same job code.

Can you post both wordings?
