Discrepancy in Name

I have a situation with my name that I was hoping someone could help me with:

My name on passport is June Janet Johnson.

I go by Janet Johnson, my employment and H1 approval indicate this. However, because my passport says June Janet Johnson, do I need to write my name as such or I can write it as Janet Johnson and write June in the alias section?

U might wanna go with what's on ur birth certificate and passport.

And I believe there's a portion for "other names" used.

U can attach an explanation on a sheet, paper-clipped to that particular segment of the application packet if u want to.
