My Labor is approved filed for position with US Master + 1 year experience. I have couple of typos in it which concerns me.
Experience filed in Labor doc with my previous employer,(after my optional practical training), has 07/(year) - 07/(year+1). However it is 01/(year+1). It means that I am short of 6 months for 1 year. My lawyer says that I don't qualify for this labor as
Well, I got 6 month exp back in India, however company doesn't exists anymore. My lawyer said that company should be running as of now to claim it as experience.
Does anyone had similar issues before? What do you guys suggest with the change of dates. Looks like I am going to have issue if I have to change the dates. Prev emp A is flexible to give new experience letter with dates matching labor doc. However, I am not sure of issues that I might have to face if something goes wrong.

- I got only 6 months @ previous employer-A
- 1.5 year experience gained at Employer-B cannot be claimed as they filed it
- Experience gained at Employer-C,who bought Employer-B after filing Labor cannot be counted as well, as Employer - C have continued to process labor applied by employer - B
- 1 year Experience gained at school cannot be counted as it's part time & exp not relevant to Labor requirement
