I am currently on F1 visa and enrolled in a 2 year masters degree course. I have completed 1 year but I am deciding to withdraw from the program. I also have an SSN as I was working part time in the university. I have already left USA in the summer break. I would like to know if there are any withdrawal formalities that have to be completed.
