Disclosing arrests and obtaining documentation for citizenship interview

I am a 25 year old going in for a US citizenship test in a few weeks and am gathering documents for the interview.

I've had three incidents that I am not sure if I should mention/do not have the documents for:

1. Petty theft at age of 15. Since my records were presumably sealed at 18, do I still mention it? If so, how do I get documentation?

2. Misdemeanor for Minor in Possession of Alcohol at age 20: Charges were dismissed and I took a Drug and Alcohol Class, but I do not have any of the documentation. Where do I obtain it?

3. Revoked license for driving under the influence (.07) at age 20. I don't think I was every formally arrested but was given a ticket. Charges were never filed and I never went to criminal court for it. Went to court with the DMV and the DMV revoked my license for a year, but the court never contacted me for an arraignment date. I got my license back a little after a year with no problem, and they seemed to have no record of the reason for my revocation, or require any documentation other than proof of insurance and a small reissue fee. Is this worth mentioning? If so, how do I obtain any record of it, as it seems as if it's been "lost"?

Disclose everything.

1. They will know you were 15 and obviously no records exist because of that.

2. Go to the County court clerks office where you recieved the possesion ticket and ask for certified disposition of the case, send it with the N-400.

3. Go to the Police Department who issued the Ticket, they will have a copy of it, ask them to give you certified record of that if they find it in thier system, if not ask for a No Record certified arrest records and send a sworn affidavit about the outcome of the ticket, just put exactly what you have put here in that affidavit, send that with the N-400.

To Name - Why do you say no records exist for people age 15? While they may not exist for usual search, I am sure they are available to the "government".

To Suzuki - Seemed to have no record of revocation ... try them, if they revoked the license, they will have a record.

Dismissal of charges by taking a drug and alcohol is not "acquittal". You need to find the records from the county / judge who dismissed the charges.

The good thing is that all these charges are 5 or more years older. If something is borderline, wait till 5 years are over.
