I filed I-140 and I-485 under EB1 category at NSC in May 2003, got RFE, got denied in June 2004. I appealed and was sent a receipt from NSC that my file has been transferred to Administrative appeals Ofiice, Washington in October 2004. After 10 months of long wait for decision I finally called AAO office and was told that they never received my file and they have no record. I have no idea where to go from here. Please advise if you have been in this sitution.
