disappearance of INS web message>>>

My message had disappeared for a while last week when I was checking I-485 status. There were only titles, no description like process resumed..etc.. Has any one else experienced anything like this?

What does it mean?

Afterwards, same message came back...till today. Please post your experiences and observations. thanks.

Wish INS Vermont will realize our pain..but as they in America say "what goes around, comes around..."

Am I the only one with such kind of experience? No one else? This is strange. Let me know guys if any one else has had the message text disappeared>
