The best approach is NJTP exit 13A, to 1/9 North to 21 (Mc Carter Hwy) to Broad Street.
I beielve one can also use I-280, but I am not sure.

From west NJ, take I-78 to exit 56 (express line) -> Clinton Ave. -> Broad st.
