or all the time it say "your case is in adjusticate, it take 975to 999 days blah blah "

it was always "your case is received on ...., it takes 999 days..." until "this case is approved...."

the day they assign your case to IIO or before assigned to IIO ?
And what is this message means "your case is received on ...., it takes 999 days..." , they already assign to IIO ? or what ?

The message had been always the same since i got the receipt and before it changed to "this case was approved on ...".

No, i dont think it means the case is assigned to IIO. It just means that the case is received, that\'s all, nothing else.
