Diffrence between H-1 transfer / extension / change status

1.What is difference between H-1 transfer / extension /change status

2. In which case can join the new company after receiving the receipt

3. Which filing (among the three) can go with premium process

differences btw transfer/cos/eos

1) a) transfer = you go from company A to company B
   b) COS(change of Status) = you go from F1 to H1
   c) EOS(Extension of Status) = your H1 expires and you
      extend it for another 3 years

2)In case 1 you can join company B afetr getting receipt from INS

3) All 3 can go to Premium processing

What does it mean ...

I was out of status for 45 days and the new company say they can apply for new visa (with premium process) instead of transfer to play safe. Is it ok?. Do I need to go outside us for stamp?. I have visa / i 94 till 2003. will this have any impact on GC process ?
