i got citizenship through my wife and things are not working well and we wanted divorce, i wanted to know which is better i file it or she, or does not matter, you point of view will highly be appreciated

once you are a citizen, you can do this either way. the only time you would be in trouble if CIS suspects your marriage was not genuine and re-opens your file. however, the chances of this are very remote and if this happens, this will be tied to some major fraud investigation.
