Difficult situation. Somebody please help.

My service center in VSC.
  After passport stamping on 10/6 when I enquired today to VSC whether they have received my I89.
   It was negative. Moreover my file has been transferred to NSC. I have gone thou so many difficulties
   during this whole green card process I don\'t know what to expect. I live in Atlanta Georgia. Does
  this have any implication on transferring the case from VSC to NSC.

  I tried to contact NSC. But after continuous trying for 25mins, I left the it. I don\'t whether I will
   get my card in my life.

  Anybody has any suggestion in my difficult time ? Does writing to Senator will help ?

I do\'nt think it is a problem.
It always takes months to
receive I-89. Go and
enjoy. In worst, you can
always file a form to get
plastic cards.
