Differentiate Recommendation Letters

Hi

What is the best ways to differentiate the 5-6 recommendation letters that I am getting?

1) I have TITLES for each criteria inside the letters
2) Subject of the Letter
3) Wrote to whom?

Point 1 is most bothering me - it combined with 2 & 3 may look as if it came from a same mold?
