different waiting time for 485 approval in different states?

I am in NH and all recent 485 cases in NH that I know took at least 11 months to get approved. But I saw lots of approvals here only took 9-10 months. Does the state where you belong to make any difference in waiting time for 485 approval?

your theroy seems to be correct. Even FP notices for NH applicants

took more time than the normal time for others.
 
What happened to 485 Approvals in New Hampshire???

ND 08/13/01
FP 02/20/02 NH
No approval yet????

Any June filers in NH got approvals??? All other states of July, August are getting approvals.

I know its NOT state dependent processing, but it lloks like people in NH are getting FP\'s about 10 months after RD and god knows when they are getting approvals :(((

Anyone have clue whats going on...
