my job needs an orientation period that is unpaid beginning 16 june 2006.the job begins 1 july.
there are both these dates as " start" dates on different pages of the contract .
my H 1 is approved from 1 july.
my lawyer said there is no discrepancy in dates as the petition that he filed ( I 129) says 1 july which is the time my payment begins.
will this be an issue at the time of stamping....having these 2 dates on the contract ?
