Can anybody answer the following questions:

1)My employer is ready to sponsor me H1 and also GREEN card but the
employees working in the company are less than 3 and the amount he is ready
to pay me is only $37,000/ year. I would like to know whether there
will be any problem on my GREEN card processing because of this.
2)By when should i be applying for the GREEN card(can i do it the day i
get my H1).
3)Can i work in other company also simultaneously while working in this
company.
4)Will my wife get visa if we get married after i get my GREEN card.

Thanks in advance

regards
kris

1. You need to find out the prevailing wages in the state from where you are applying. Even if you do not meet the salary requirement then a good lawyer should be helpful in presenting that you will get it once you get your GC. Please take care of the fact that your company needs to show a sound financial position and willingness to pay in future. Answer to your question will depend on this only.
2. You can apply for any day you feel like.
3. Sure you can.
4. After you get GC and then get married - it will be issue. Please go through
Take Action- Change the Law , "Help Spouses of Green Card Holders"
on http://www.immigrationportal.com

However if you get married before filing 485 - it is OK.

3. You can not work for another company while on H1B. You can work after you get your EAC, though.

4. I don't get this question, are you going to marry your wife again? At any rate, see Jharkhandi's answer.
