Different location for biometrics appt. for I-751

First, I wanted to thank everyone for the valuable input to this forum. It has been greatly appreciated. This is the timeline for my girlfriend.

Filed I-751:July 28th
Received NOA:August 11th
Biometrics appt:Sept 9th

I have 2 questions. First, the biometrics appointment is scheduled near her home in Florida. How easy is it to change the LOCATION of her appointment? On Sept 9th she will be in Las Vegas, and instead of flying back and forth to Florida, is it possible for her to change the location? Does this affect her application(delay) in any way?

Second, the NOA was only received by her lawyer, and we still have not received a copy of the NOA at her address. Is this normal? Thank you everyone for your input.

You should get a copy of NOA as well apart from the one that has been sent to your attorney.

Secondly if you guy happen to be in Vegas on Sept 9th, you can stop by at the local Biometrics office to get your FP taken. This should not be a problem and you don't necessarily have to be in Orlando. I have known people who happened to be out of town for work purpose and they were able to get their FP done somewhere else in another city/state. You guys should be fine. Let us know your experience.
