Different between various based Green Card: GC vs GC

After researching a while, I found that there are indeed a various types of Green Card: family-based GC, Marriage GC, Employment-Based GC, Asylum/Refugee GC, and Investment-based GC.

Anyone has any idea what are the differences between each of them? Does the same rules & regulations apply to all of them?

They are different in the ways they are given. Once you get it, all green cards offer the same benefits.

Do you mean renewal after 10 years? it is the same for all.
For those renewing a conditional GC (given to someone claiming GC based on marriage) they are required to prove that marriage still exists.
