AVM Message: "This case has been approved or Registered,
              Welcome Notice has been mailed, if you
              don\'t receive welcome notice with in 14
              days, you may have to verify your address
              or update your address"

Is it a normal approval message?

For our case it says "This case have been approved and
approval notice has been mailed............"
