Different 2nd FP date and touch date

Finally both of us (Me and my wife) received 2nd FP notice.
I have recieved 2nd FP notice 2 wks ago with a FP schedule for June 16, my touch date is
05/27/2004

we received her 2nd FP notice today, with FP schedule in July 20th but her touch date is 02/26/2004. She is the primary applicant and I am dependant..

I have couple of questions..

What is the significance of having different touch date ?
Can we go early for FP in San Jose ?

I got 2nd Finger Print Notification on 06/01/2004. Date of appointment is mid July. What is Touch date? Where do i find that in notification?

I got second FP notice on June 1, 2004, but my wife is still waiting for one. I did an early FP on June 2, 2004 at San Jose.
 
Can I visit San Jase office for FP on Saturday.?

We also had the same situation. I got my 2nd FP two wks ago. We decided to wait for wife's FP notice. We got today, though I am schedule for June 16th, whereas she is schedule for July 20th, We are planning to go this wk.
Do you know if San Jose office is open on Saturday and what are the timings on Saturday..
