Visa bulletin priority dates are for the labor, when the labor was filed. Service center 485 dates are when the 485 was received by the service center. If labor priority date is current but service center 485 date is not current, you have to wait. If 485 is current and labor priority date is not currtent, you have to wait. So both dates should be current (for labor and 485). But there is a chance of getting approval when labor priority dats is current and service center 485 date is few months behind.
