Difference in wages with figures mentioned on labor certification

Need advise from GURUS. Please Help !!!!

I changed my employer after 9 months of EAD. My current salary is less than what was mentioned in Labor Certification by my previous employer. I have an RFE mentioning if with a new employer, furnish details of joining date, responsibilities, remuneration.

Please let me know wheteher less remuneration than what is mentioned on labor certification a cause of concern. Any advise, feedback from someone with similar instance/experience is appreciated

How did your attorney address this issue??

hassoon, can I know did your attorney address this issue in his cover letter. I am sure he would have given some kind of explaination
 
I am on the similar boat, I have an OFFER with less wages like my labor was approved for $41 /hr IN newyork, now am at LA (less cost of living compared to new york) with offer of $36/hr, SHOULD I TAKE IT? it is an excellent government job offer... my lawyer is against it.
 
On what basis you got NOID? From your response, I understand you have still not accepted lower offer from LA
