Difference in wages with figures mentioned on labor certification

Need advise from GURUS. Please Help !!!!

I changed my employer after 9 months of EAD. My current salary is less than what was mentioned in Labor Certification by my previous employer. I have an RFE mentioning if with a new employer, furnish details of joining date, responsibilities, remuneration.

Please let me know wheteher less remuneration than what is mentioned on labor certification a cause of concern

Thanks for replying. Yes my I 140 is already approved and also my new employer has more than 100 employees.

can I pl know what is ac21 as you mentioned

Thanks for guiding me to the right forum, need to jump there.

On the difference it's approx. 20% less than what is mentioned in labor. but it's higher than what I used to get at previous employer...

is 20% a significant difference for INS
 
My attorney says in the cover letter they will point out to the CIS that they do not have the authority to enforce the prevailing wage of your original labor certification on your new employer.

Do you think this is a good approach?
 
Any suggestions or any instance/experience which you could pl let me know as to what would be a better way to approach is highly appreciated from your side.
