Difference in times-CA and PHX

I have received a I-797C from Laguna Niguel which indicates 365 days for my N-400. But the California Service Center time estimation doesn't list N-400s. My local Phoenix time estimates list N-400 times. What is the time relationship for getting from CA to Phoenix? How long before the application gets to Phoenix? What is the difference in what CA does before I do FP in PHX and interview in PHX?

Number of days in I-797 is useless figure.

I would go with your local DO N-400 processsing times. Better yet, find a Phoniex DO thread and see how long it is taking for other people. That is the best way.
