One more problem.
I recieved RFE for my I-485 asking for employment letter with proferred wages and position. Currently my salary is about 5K lesser than that mentioned in the labor application. Would it create problems if I put in my current salary. My company does not want to put in the higher amount in the letter as they will not be paying me that much after the GC is approved and do not want to commit a FRAUD (Don't ask. I am friustrated too..)
Also, my company has a tution remiburstment policy. my lawyer seems to think that we could include that amount (even thought I may not use it) and so bring up the salary amount. any of you have any ideas if this would be OK?
