I have come across two types of FP update messsages. These are:
1) On July xx, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.
and
2) On July xx, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
What is the difference betwwen the two? Or is it that No. 1 gets converted to No. 2 after the review is complete in a few days? I got the No. 1 message on me and my wife's FP update.
