difference between receipt date and notice date

can you please tell me
for H1 B masters quoata
what is the difference between receipt date and noticet date
my receipt date is july 20
which is with in the deadline
but my my notice date is sept 10
can u please tell me if i am in the quota or not

Receipt Date is the date your application was received at the USCIS center.
Notice Date is the date your application receipt was generated.

For the cap, it is the Receipt Date that matters, so you are safe.

i had even done premium at same as my regular but checke for premium has not been enchashed yet its more that 15 days
do i have to call them to know whats happening
