Difference between I765 30day & I765 90day in the processing times Listing? Thanks for your help.

To my knowlegde, I765-30days is EAD for F1 visa holders(student) and I-765-90days is EAD for 485 applicants. Anyone, plz correct me if I\'m wrong...

No thats not true

My wife had EAD on F1(Masters Computer Science), she was processed under I765 90 day. May be that is for special students.

Even J1 spouses get I765 90 EAD only.

30 day is for Assylum Applicant under ABC Settlement Agreement,
Special Students

She has two cards one from College that she got last year(2001 June) and is working with it, and she applied for another with I485 application which we haven\'t received, so got a iEAD on April 2, 20002.

if you see the explations in the EAD Applications(C)(8) is for Assylum Applicants
(c)(9) is for Adjustment Applicant I-485

Que is right. Verified on EAD form c(9) corresponds to employment based I485. Does it mean that processing times don\'t c(9) category.

my Guess will be 765 90 day

My Guess c(9) will be in 90 day.
Based on the approvals on this site it is taking upto 90 days.
I think we are allowed to get the EAD from local INS only after 90 days of filing
