Difference between a approval and interview ?

Can anyone guide me on the following points.
My approval letter says ki have to take I94 ,Passport and photos.My local office is Baltimore.
Do i take it that this means i dont tkae anyother paper.I havent recieved my letter for my daughter ( must be in the mail )Children do get a pproval letter too don\'t they ?
can anyone with a Baltimore expereicne please send me a private message.

When going to INS, it is enough if you take whatever is mentioned in
the letter. It seems yours is an approval and not an interview. But
just to be defensive.. keep a decent amount of papers and
documentation which you feel may be required. It is always safer to
carry these documentation.

Another advise when dealing with INS officials.. Never ever give more
information than what is asked for. Just give that much of info that
was asked for. Though you carry all the papers .. dont show them
unless they were asked for.

My friend had a bad experience when it ended up in rejection (H1b
multiple entry stamping in Ontario ) because of his loose talk. I
learnt a big lesson from that.

What did he do wrong? Could you please tell us what went wrong. I got H1B multiple from Toronto too.
