Didnt received OATH ceremony notification yet

I had my interview on Jan 16th 2013 at San Jose , CA and passed the interview . Interview Officer congratulated on passing the interview and said that your application is approved and i should be receiving oath notification shortly.

The officer gave me N-652 form stating that (A) you passed the test of english and US history
(B) Congratulations , your application has been recommended for Approval .

My husband passed the interview same day and received the oath date.

Does it mean that my case is under review. I also called the 1-800 number and they mentioned that I am still showing pending for interview. I should follow up only after 90 days.

Has anyone experienced a similar case ? Pls advice

Since you got the "congrats" N-652, I believe you should get your OL by now. The 1-800 # (customer service) are clearly giving wrong info. You might want to speak to an IO on the 1-800 #. Insist on speaking to an IO when you call the 1-800 # so that you get a visibility into what is going on and if you are already scheduled for an Oath and you missed the OL.

Within 120 days from the date of interview the oath ceremony will take place and about it you would receive information.So you should receive information anytime soon.
