didn't receipt any notice yet

I didnt receipt any notice since special registration and they hold my passport without any receipt because they said to me to wait and will send me notice to me but until now i dont get any notice from them(1 year and 2 months now) . is that will get problem to me??Somebody help me?? what i have to do?? can i go back to my country without passport??

Well,i will be honest...this is strange!
How long have you been waiting for your passport?
It should only take 3 weeks the most...
Something is wrong.You need to contact your passport agency.
Get a move on...
And please...you cannot leave the country without a passport...that is down right silly!!!!!!
The only way i can see that happening is that you are a citizen and yes..there are some countries you can go to without a passport providing that you are an American.
Let say you do leave the country..how are you going to come back into the US without a passport?
It is not going to happen.they will not admit you in.
Call your consulate.
