didn't join sponsor after GC needs Citizenship

I had applied for Labor and I-140 form company 'A'. I had changed to
company 'B' .My I-140, that, I had applied while I was with company
'A', got approved. I had applied for I-485 through
Company A(Future Employment) while I am with 'B'.

I had never submitted AC21. My I-485 got approved(2003). I didn't join
Company A. I want to go for Citizenship. At the time of interview What
is the reason to give for not Joining Company A ?.

How long did your I-485 take to be adjudicated? For AC21 to be viable, the AOS must have taken longer an 180 days.
