my_gc_pain said:Congrats GaramChai, what was your total time line of EAD approval.
...90 days
What is the start date on your new EAD? is it from the date it got approved or from the date the old one was approved?
....not received yet, those idiots can give either date. Only worry is if they give a date which is after expiry.
did you get the new EAD within 90 days?
...not until I pushed for it.
when did you send the Expediate request?
-- last week
Did you took finger printing for the new EAD?
---yes, got the notice from them
Your answers will help since I am in the similar situation applied for EAD on Sep 6th and no updates yet
Thanks
It is on the site uscis.gov. Go under 765 form. Everything is listed out there. Also I am not sure whether it was expedite request or infopass. So try both if it is do and die situation, also contact congressman of your area.may0503 said:Can you tell us where and how did you make the expedite request. Please provide the address/fax numbers.
Thanks,
