I found many Apr. RFE case got tranfer to local INS office for further interview. any one has such bad situation?

did you get transfer after RFE???

I got RFE, so I keep checking some Apr. RFE cases to see how long they would get approval. unfortunely I found some of them got transer, and very few Apr. RFE got approval. however, most of Feb. and Mar. RFE got approval in 10~20 days

On which we-site have you been seeing April RFE cases being transfered? Rupnet does not have this statistics and the script runner only gives the most current information. Also except for a very few cases I have not seen any threads in this forum discussing RFE cases being transfered. I am concerned because I also received an RFE in april.

I checked BCIS (INS) web site. when my office mate, who has the later RD than me but got approval much earlier than me, got RFE, I began to write down some RFE case number and keep checking their online info on BCIS web site to see how long those RFE can get approval. my result is based on this check.
