Did not take class....PLS HELP SOMEONE!

When I arrived in US I took class for one semester. During that semester I got married but unfortunately I could not change my status because my husband was out-of-status. After that I did not take any classes and it has been one year since. I want to go home and come back again.

My question is can I try to come here as an F2? My husband is going back home and coming back for Masters with a new I-20. Will my status create a problem at the Embassy or POE?

Please help me on this one! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!

this sounds strange...
Instead of me asking why you never went back to schooland fixing your status...
I will give you to the best of my knowledge what you are asking without any judgement...
Because sometimes shit happens to the best of us!
You need to go to your student advisor and sk him every question you can think of ...write them down...and ask him if he can info you so you can fix he problem you have.
And NO..you cannot leave..you are already in a mother shit load of problems..
They will not admit you passage back in to the country.YOu are not an American..and you are not a permanent resident..you do not have a green Card...
So what the hell are you thinking...
