did not recvd receipt number on H-1b transfer so far

My new employer/lawyer filed h-1b transfer to NSC recvd on 4/27/04 under PREMINUM processing. But we havn't recvd the receipt number LIN???? so far. No RFE, nothing from NSC! what could be the problem guys???

Today is 5/11/04.

Is it that I would not get recepit numer in premium processing and directly getting approval in 15 bus days or something wrong.

How do I contact NSC to track this issue???
 
How is your case now?

Mine is similiar: waited for 1 month so far, without any feed back. I am curious about what is the situation now?
