Did not receive yellow form with fp notice.

why worry about that? I think you are lucky

Did you get FP notice directly from INS or through your lawyer?

I got FP notice from both- INS and Lawyer?
What I think is -we should not worry about Yellow from until unless we get it from INS.If they send us the Yellow from then only we need to fill it and send it to them.Correct me if Iam wrong.thanks in advance.
 
You still can mail the yellow from to INS.

INS has stopped issuing the Yellow Form ...

I believe INS no longer requires the Yellow Form with FP notices.
I am not sure about the exact date when INS stopped issuing this form.
Don\'t worry about it.

did my FP two weeks back didn\'t get any yellow form. talked to the customer service. they told me not to worry about it.

I didn\'t get it. INS sent 2 copies of notice to both attorney and myself. none of them comes with "yellow form"
