Did not receive Welcome Notice. Anyone on the same boat?

Hello,

I received the plastic card and the 485 approval notice. But did not received the so-called "welcome notice". People say the welcome notice looks similar to the 485 approval notice but it prints "welcome notice" on it.

Anyone has the same experience? Is this a concern? Thank you.

Welcome notice is useless even if you get it.

May be we can feel we are welcomed by USCIS after all the troubles we have gone through (if we receive the welcome notice!)
