Did not receive FP notice from VSC

Hi,
PD May 96, RD 2nd Aug 99, ND 17th Aug 99, EB3......I did not receive FP notice yet...called VSC many times, they say everything is fine
with my i-485 papers but the delay is due to backlog....anyone in similar situation? Pl. let me know. Thanks.
