Hi everyone,
I have a dilemma. I am a naturalized US citizen. I filed I-130 for my mother with her being less than 30 days here in USA. I did not know about the 90 day rule until after I submitted the I-130 online yesterday and stumbled upon a forum mentioning the 90 day rule. She does not have the intent to have a green card right away. Our relatives just somehow convinced her and me hearing retrogressions on some employment-based visas rushed into filing I-130 for her (i know it is not related but I have anxiety and worry too much). Did anyone have the same problem with not following 90 day rule for immediate relatives but got approved anyway? Hoping there is.
