did not do the medical when i applied for I485

Hi ,
 I applied for I485 on Mar 31 2001 at Nebraska. Since i did not have time, i did not take the medical exam when i applied for I485. I went for FP on Nov 6 2001. The reason for this delay was the change of my address. Any idea if and when INS will ask for my medical examination . Also any idea about the time it would take for INS to approve my petition.

I just submitted my petition last week without the medical exam because the lawyer said INS may require another exam if the first exam is more than one year old. I am planning to submit the exam after I have my fingerprint done.
