Did my 2nd FP Today

Hi All,
We got our 2nd FP done today ,due date was 27th ,did early FP
So now this how my status is

RD/ND Apr 2002
1st FP Apr 2003
Faxed Jun 2004
RFE issued Jun 2004
RFE Ack 1 jul 2004
RFE Recd. 8th Jul 2004
FP Expired Jul 2004
2nd FP recd 15th 2004
2nd FP done today

AD.. :(
Status is still the same.

Where did you do your 2nd fp. Did they not question why were you early?
 
1. Atlanta , ASC
2. No Questions asked, total time 35 min.
3. Checked with F.B.I today - results sent back same day to USCIS
 
Looks like you sent in a fax about your FP expiry in June 2004 .. right ??
What was the RFE about friend ??

Yes you're right..RFE was about EVL (Employment Verification Letter)
I don't know how long does it take for FP to reach USCIS database
F.B.I said they sent the response on same day.I don't know if a name check is performed or not.Last time (1st FP) , results reached in 13 days
So I'm crossing my fingers and hope for the best
 
No the message is same ,it says RFE received , but LUD changed from 7/8 to 7/13 ( I guess the FP was issued on that date)

It took one week for them to update the fp results.
Because yours is rfe case already i would not think they would change the rfe received message. Anyway your approval is very near.
