Did FP's in Miami one month ago, online message didn't change. Any action needed ?

I did FP's one month ago, and online message didn't change since (still says 999 days thing). Checked with FBI and was told that FP's were cleared by the FBI the very next day and sent to BCIS. I called BCIS's 800 number and was advised to send the status inquiry letter to TSC alonng with the document i was given when i did FP's, asking whether they have received FP's from FBI.

Does anybody have a suggestion whether I should send it and ask for a status, 'cause i fear that TSC may have lost FP results. I know that online message is not always promptly updated, but how do i know that they haven't lost them.

PS. I don't know if it matters, but I did FP's one week aerly because i was travelling. I was accepted and everything went well.
 
I did FP three months ago. Nothing updated. Can you tell me in more details how to inquire the status at TSC. I personally hate to do that.

Did FP on 03/20/2003 and nothing had been updated.
