Did FP but no status update

I and my spouse did our FPs on 01/06/05. Since then, I have been checking for a status update to show that our FPs have been received and that processing resumed or something but no change in status.

So what is there to show that our FPs are actually done/received by USCIS? Please do share your own experiences / opionions. Thanks in advance.

It's normal. I never see any update until approval notice. You can check with FBI to make sure your FP result is sent back to BCIS. It ususally takes FBI one day to process.

Thanks Pennn433 for your quick response. I tried calling FBI this morning on this number that I got from this forum, but no luck: 304-625-5590

It tells me all customer reps are busy and after a while, it transfers me to a mail box. Did you ever call them, if so, was it the same number that you called?

Call them late in the evening, you will be able to get a hold of them...

The results are usually sent back within 1-4 days. So I would suggest that you call up customer service at USCIS.

I just tried the FBI number once more and was able to speak to someone who told me that the results were sent to BCIS that same day. Thank you for your responses.

Now what next?

Did FP for me and my spouse on 1/7/05.......but no update online as yet. Called the FBI and was told that the results were sent to USCIS the same day. The wait continues...........

Dont worry about LUD changes

My case went from "Application recd....." to "Approved". No LUD/Message changes in between.

Many forum members have had this experience.
